- Encompasses high level IT needs typically reserved for a professional with over 10 years’ experience

- Client specific application support and repair
- Customization of products and services to fit a specific unique need
Programmer Time – Standard Rate $125/hour
- Encompasses the majority of programming requirements for projects and maintenance
- PHP writing/editing
- Database queries and correlation
- Website maintenance and customization
- Website design and implementation

- Charged one-way from Nova-Tek to any location outside a 50 KM radius of Saskatoon
Emergency After Hours Support
- Encompasses when a resolution is required outside standard business hours
- May also include overtime on an emergency issue that extends past 5 PM on any given weekday
- $187.50/hour for Standard level System Analyst Support
- $217.50/hour for Senior Systems Analyst Support
