Nova-Tek prides itself on making fundamental improvements to every IT network we come in contact with.  There are many ‘Band-Aid’ style solutions in our industry, and we refuse to use any of them.  We look at the business processes themselves and ensure the technology is enabling profitability and productivity.  We remedy the current situation, and propose recommendations to improve the systems to prevent future interruptions ion workflow.

 

Our System Analysts prefer to work on a proactive basis.  We feel there is more value in a network that stays operational 24/7.  While we’re trained and capable of putting out a fire or restoring a database in an emergency situation, we’ve designed the majority of our product offerings around regular maintenance and support as opposed to hourly repair work.

 

All System Analysts are able to provide support via remote and onsite in the greater Saskatoon area.  We can provide a single phone number for any of your staff to call during regular business hours.  If you prefer, you can receive regularly scheduled onsite visits, allowing your staff to catalog the list of items they would like addressed at that time.  Both are far most cost-effective than reactive repair.
